The term "Carnivore Diet" is actually wrong, since it is not a diet, but instead a change of lifestyle. However, with the lifestyle change comes a healthy body, and thus if you are overweight you will certainly lose weight by using this lifestyle.

On this site you won't find theoretical things, but instead get real information and learn about other people's experiences and how healthy they became using the Carnivore Diet.
You wont find useless photos, videos, graphics, popups and advertisements. Just pure and to the point information. Since all this information is stored in a large amount of pages, there is a Menu at the top of the screen which you can click on and select any topic you like for easy finding your way around. There are plenty of videos, photos and testimonies available in the Resources and Members pages. These are all real reported events from people and not a hear say story.
If you desire so, you can become a Member and become part of the Carnivore community. Becoming a Member does not cost you anything, and you wont get spammed with all kind of nonsense. You can still fully use this site even without becoming a member, but the only thing you won't be able to do is share your story and progress with the Community, or ask others for help and opinions. You can however read all information.

The Members and Resources area is updated 24 hours per day by all other members and contain a health of information reported and evidenced by real people that actually live the Carnivore lifestyle (or are in the process of adapting to the Carnivore Diet).
